PLEASE REMEMBER: Your rental rates include the use of the whole cottage during your stay, not just a single room (the kitchen, dining area, four bedrooms, three & 1/2 baths, great room, crafting room, screened porch and open porch are available to you).
Rental rates are for Friday - Sunday rentals. A FREE BONUS night is given for the weekend rental. You may choose either Thursday night or Sunday night.
Additional nights may be added to your reservation for an additional cost.

10 PEOPLE: $1900 for a Friday-Sunday rental (plus bonus day/night)
(Only $190 per person or $64 per person/per night based on 10 guests staying 3 nights.)

For a Friday-Sunday rental (free bonus night also applies), the rates for smaller groups are as follows:
9 people - $1850 (just $69 per person/per night)
8 people - $1770 (just $74 per person/per night)
7 people - $1675 (just $80 per person/per night)
6 people - $1575 (just $88 per person/per night)
5 people - $1425 (just $95 per person/per night)
*Less than 5 persons may rent Serenity, but the price will remain $1425 for fewer than 5 persons.
**Rental rates are based on a Friday-Sunday rental with an additional free bonus night (Thursday night or Sunday night).
$350.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. Dates can not be reserved until the deposit and signed contract are received. The balance of the rental fee and the $350 refundable security deposit are due 7 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 10:00am and check-out time is 5:00pm.
